Islamic "tsunami" sweeping the globe

''Egypt is the largest and arguably most important Arab country in the Middle East. For decades now it has been at relative peace with its neighbor, Israel. How long will that last if Mubarak is replaced with a Muslim Brotherhood leader? Keep in mind it was the Muslim Brotherhood that assassinated Mubarak's predecessor, Anwar Sadat, for making peace with Israel.''

In case you didn't notice, and few have, there is a global Islamist revolution under way.
The world's press doesn't see it.
The talking heads on cable TV don't see it.
Washington doesn't see it.
It's a case of not noticing the forest for the trees.
With revolts going on in Egypt, Tunisia, Pakistan, Yemen, Lebanon and Jordan, most of them clearly orchestrated from Iran, it's easy to believe these are unrelated, disconnected uprisings.
But if you have been observing the Muslim world like I have been for 35 years, what's happening right now is as big a development – maybe bigger – than what happened in 1979 when backers of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, with a push from Jimmy Carter, overthrew Iran's Shah Mohamed Reza Pahlavi in one of the most tragic and unfortunate international developments of the late 20th century. We, in the West, have been paying the price for it ever since.
This is the work of the Muslim Brotherhood, with the aid and encouragement of Tehran. And the ripple effect of what we're seeing is hard to overstate.
As the leader of Jordan's powerful Muslim Brotherhood, Hammam Saeed, warned over the weekend, the unrest in Egypt will spread across the Mideast and Arabs will topple leaders allied with the United States.
I've done my part to alert the public to the insidious work of the Muslim Brotherhood, including right here in the U.S. But, again, most Americans don't get it. They've been hoodwinked by the media and government school system into believing there is no active conspiracy for a worldwide caliphate, and certainly no threat to the U.S. from what the brotherhood refers to as the Muslim Mafia. How to Get Rich from Liberal Delusions

''Liberal gullibility is the most biggest resource in the world. All you have to do is spot the latest crazes (easy enough) and place your bets the other way. It's like your own casino. In the long run, you can't lose, because reality always wins in the end. The only question is when those bubbles will pop.''

The secret to instant wealth is to spot a mass delusion and bet against it. The Tulip Craze. Florida swamp land.
Getting the timing right is tricky, but we are blessed with an overload of mass delusions. You can pick your own favorite. Delusional bubbles have to pop at some point, because the people who are paying for them eventually figure out that they've been had. Global warming fraud is now in the midst of a slow collapse. The Chicago Carbon Exchange just closed, because the investors figured out the scam. But the list of liberal crazes is long, and we can expect the media to make up ever-new headlines to keep their business model alive. For George Soros, it's not only profitable, but it's also a good cause, because socialist world government is his guiding fantasy. It was socialist Europe that made up global warming, and turned Mad Cow into a mass hysteria. You can bet that the big investors had it figured out long before things got rolling.
Then there is the Chevy Volt, a fantasy "hybrid," financed in part by thirteen trillion tax dollars from Obama. There will be huge government subsidies for electrical charging stations to juice up your golf cart every forty miles. So invest in golf cart technology.
Then there is ZeroCare, Bee Colony Collapse disease, and flesh-eating bacteria. What will they call next season's flu virus? Maybe Mad Swine Flu? The one thing we know is that the left will find another scare story to panic you with. http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/01/

Why socialists hate America's founders

''...do elite talkers like Matthews serve the freedom of women, or do they quietly restore the premise of age-old elite tyranny?
However that may be, given a choice between America's founders and folks like Matthews, Obama and the rest of the "abortion-rights" crowd, the right choice is clear: Better to have people with the will and courage to establish the premise of right, though constrained by lack of power from its fulfillment, than powerful people who treat wrong as right in order to free their power from all constraint. Through the founders, God helped America to be born in justice. As for the others, well, God help us all!''
This week Chris Matthews threw an adolescent fit, calling Michele Bachmann a "balloon head" because she claimed that America's founders "worked tirelessly until slavery was no more in the United States."
Matthews' petty tirade must be viewed against the backdrop of the socialist-leaning left's longstanding inclination to diminish the standing and putative authority of America's founding generation. These people never miss an opportunity to point out that some of the founders were slaveholders. Some of the founders drank too much. Some of the founders were sexual libertines and adulterers. Not only were they no better than we are, their racism and bigotry make us their superiors. We are, therefore, no longer bound to think their views about politics or government have any special status or deserve any special consideration.
Though couched in terms of personal disparagement, this denigration of the founders isn't at all about personal feelings or sensitivities. Sure, many on the socialist left still feel obliged to pay lip service to the U.S. Constitution. Like Obama, they even occasionally mouth the language of rights, as if to echo the famous affirmations of the American Declaration of Independence. But the idea of government limited by the moral requirements of unalienable right contradicts the efficient pursuit of socialist goals. Structural constraints like federalism or the separation of government powers inhibit the imposition of socialist change. People who view politics as the realm of "Yes we can" have little patience for an understanding of government that tells those with power what they can't rightly do on account of the God-endowed rights and responsibilities of natural individuals and families, or the communities (like our religious institutions or our states and localities) they voluntarily comprise. No Snow

After a while, the snow just isn't fun anymore.

The U.N.'s Rick Warren

''To begin, I’d like to state that Saturday Jan. 15th, 2011 will go down in the history books as the day Saddleback Church was sold a bill of goods. The masses had come out in droves for answers to their weight loss difficulties & health problems, but unbeknownst to them, they were being given a prescription for restructuring society & population control.
“The prescription goes by the name Agenda 21, a.k.a. “Sustainable Development” or “Smart Growth.” Agenda 21 is a published document put out by the United Nations with the intent to put limits on population and to restructure nation-states into a global society. Rick Warren’s “new friends” had dubbed it, “The Daniel Plan – God’s Prescription For Your Health.” A more appropriate title would’ve been, “Sustainable Living – Destroying Inalienable Rights, One Community at a Time.”

Pastor Rick Warren continues to work at “fulfilling people’s needs.” His latest endeavor is “The Daniel Plan,” a 52-week health and fitness program. Pastor Rick has decided it’s high time to lose 90 pounds. But there’s more to his health plan than meets the eye.
“The church says all of its more than 5,000 small groups will go through "The Daniel Plan," which is part of Saddleback's "Decade of Destiny," a 10-year plan launching this month "to help individuals succeed and be who God designed them to be in every aspect in life." (Online source)
On January 15, over 6,000 people flocked to Saddleback’s main campus while thousands more watched online at the other Saddleback campuses.
It would appear that Pastor Warren has good intentions and that he genuinely wants his congregants to be the picture of health. He says that Christians should honor God with our bodies and he draws from Scripture to prove his point, 1 Cor. 6:19 and Rom. 12:1, for example. Who can possibly dispute that Warren’s plan to get the sheep shipshape is anything but admirable? http://www.newswithviews.com/West/marsha210.htm

China: Rising on a tide of Kleptomania

''The truth is that China has, at every turn, achieved its position in the world through theft, espionage and murder. Totalitarian states are notoriously unresponsive to their subjects' true needs, legitimate dissent or individual rights. They do, however, get things done.'' It's been difficult to be a proud American over the last several days. When U.S. citizens weren't hammered by the incessant media drumbeat concerning the rise of "rival" China, the expansion of the Chinese economy, the seemingly imminent global supremacy of China as a military power, a sea power, a manufacturing power, a superpower, we were watching the Chinese humiliate our leaders. President Obama gave his State of the Union address recently, which served as a line break at the end of this degrading paragraph in national history. He spent that address lying to the American people, proclaiming all income and endeavor the property of government. His message was clear: You will be allowed to earn, to make, to keep and to do only what your government grudgingly permits you – and America, in turn, will make do with the crumbs from its new Chinese masters' table.
The last straw, at least in terms of propriety, was the playing of an anti-American war anthem by a Chinese pianist during the state visit of Chinese "President" Hu Jintao. (Hu is more accurately termed China's "paramount leader." As general secretary of the Communist Party, he is the ChiCom's highest authority; calling him "president" is euphemistic.) Americans have by now become accustomed to Obama's sniveling obeisance to foreign leaders. It was not a surprise when our community organizer in chief bowed and scraped in greeting Hu, nor was it a shock when Obama claimed the American people "welcome China's rise." There was no doubt in any observer's mind that Obama's warm greeting to Hu was that of a cowed debtor attempting to curry favor with his chief creditor. China owns vast quantities of U.S. debt precisely because this gives it power over us – and it is pushing for the Chinese yuan to replace the U.S. dollar as the world's currency standard.
Americans know all this. No, what bothered decent people most was not that the Chinese leader had deigned to make his presence known so that Obama could kiss Hu Jintao's ring. It was that the Chinese delegates' histrionics were, essentially, rudely rubbing our noses in China's looming threat to American exceptionalism. As their red star rises, our faded stars and stripes are doomed to fall. China, so dynamic, so vibrant, so powerful, seems poised to crush all resistance; Americans are, our media says or implies, already relegated to the position of also-ran, destined to be pitied or tolerated as global economic opportunity passes them by. That is the mantra chanted by foreign press and domestic media alike. Read more: China's nationalist kleptomania http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=255913#ixzz1CETcOTK2

Back in the the EU, U, You

''I especially enjoyed his pitch for high-speed trains where you "don't have to receive pat-downs." At least until one of those Muslims who is "part of our American family" blows one up – at which point they'll be staffed with armies of genital-fondling, unionized TSA agents on the public dime.'' I missed the middle section of Obama's State of the Union address when I took a break to read "War and Peace," but I gather he never got around to what I was hoping he'd say, which is: "What was I thinking?"
The national debt is $14 trillion, the Democrats won't stop spending and President Nero gave us a long, gaseous speech about his Stradivarius.
I feel so Southern whenever I watch a Democrat give a State of the Union address – and not just because it makes me want to secede. Consternating the rest of the family, my Kentucky mother always talked back to the TV. I do it only when a Democrat is giving a speech.
And if liberals didn't like Samuel Alito mouthing the words "not true," they should be really happy I wasn't in the House chamber Tuesday night.
All I kept hearing was, "Ann pays more." That's all I ever I hear when Democrats start in with all that "investing."
Apparently the government will be "investing" in education, "investing" in technology, "investing" in roads and "investing" in lots and lots of government workers. Ann pays more, Ann pays more, Ann pays more. Read more: Hope, change and invest http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=255985#ixzz1CERRFxyH

''Ultimately, other than Jesus, the only thing in life that matters is people. Someone’s sense of relief lies within your power.''

...Is there someone you can bring relief to right now? Is it possible that you hold the keys to the prison of fear and torment that someone you know currently finds himself/herself locked in?
Let me exhort you to look around and see whom you can help extricate.
Here’s the truth, you can tell a lot about people by watching what they value. It is easy to voice concern for a friend, or even utter the famous “I’ll pray for you” mantra, but very few people are willing to actually unlock the cell, even though they have the power to do so.
“What do you mean, Coach?” I hear you thinking. “How can I help someone get relief?”
My buddy Bob found himself locked in jail because of something foolish he had done. He had lost everything he had in the previous months as a result of his stupidity and he was in danger of being sentenced to a lengthy jail term unless he was able to get adequate legal representation. He had no money, he had no lawyer, and he had no hope.
My wife and I dug into our own shallow pockets and sent a check to a lawyer who was able to get him off on probation. I’ll never forget the look in Bob’s eyes when I told him we had retained an attorney for him. It was the same look I saw later in Omie Pearl’s eyes.
How could I not help him when I had the means to do so? Was my money more important to me than Bob’s peace of mind?
I am willing to bet that there is someone close to you that you can set free. As I love to tell my friends, the answer is simple, but it is never easy. Helping others always requires sacrifice. “Greater love has no man than this than he would lay down his life for his friends…”
Quit hoarding your money. There is someone you know right now that you could help out: Perhaps a young struggling couple that doesn’t know how they will make next month’s rent. Stop praying for them and pay their rent. You’ll see that look in their eyes…a look you’ll never forget.
Perhaps you need to make a phone call and let someone know that you forgive him. Perhaps the torment of the quilt he feels for having wronged you is eating him alive. Give him a call and let him know it’s OK. Relief.
How about your Dad? Are you still holding that grudge over something he said or did years ago? Does he sit around late at night and wonder about you…and your kids…wishing he could make things right? Give him a call. Tell him you want to let bygones be bygones. Give him some relief, even if it was all of his fault. http://www.newswithviews.com/Daubenmire/dave223.htm

State of the Union, translated

Shallow Roots

Can anybody explain why America's first black president is so eager to kowtow to slave-masters? ''It wasn't a bad joke. "Question: What is a conservative? Answer: A liberal who's been mugged." That joke has a disheartening corollary. "Question: What is a liberal? Answer: A conservative whose firm got a big contract in Communist China!"''
Whether from fear, respect or plain old gratitude to whoever lends you enough billions to get by, I sense America softening toward Communist China.
It was a think-tanky-type banquet at which the 20 guests had to sing-for-their-supper by speaking briefly about something their profession advantaged them to observe. When it was my turn I pointed out that a never-quite-explained something-or-other was recently fired south of Vandenberg Air Force Base that sent trails across the California skies heading west. Very close to the same time and place a Carnival cruise ship was disabled after a fire in the engine room.
A veteran sea-goer had contacted me and sneered at the explanation of a small fire knocking out primary power and backup on a ship that large. So I wondered aloud if a Chinese sub might have wanted to show it could, undetected, infiltrate our most forbidden waters, fire a missile as a calling card (AWAY from American soil) and then show off some dazzling new technology; something like a limited electro-magnetic pulse weapon that could leave a huge ship limp as a log in the water.
I did not do my usual routine of springing the length of my chain and sinking my fangs into the most menacing dictatorship on earth. Far from it. In fact, if a Chinese Communist had been present he might have been proud and pleased to hear an American impute such capability to his homeland. The professor from a major university across the table had been quite cordial to me during the small-talk part of the evening. Despite the mildness of my "attack" on China, that cordiality vanished like a cobweb under a blowtorch. Ancient Rome fell because...?

''History is being revised once again – to shield government and a depraved culture from moral responsibility for America's problems and holding up government and international institutions as the solution for make-believe crises.''

I'm sure you've heard the latest news that the Roman Empire fell because of global warming.
It's not a parody. It's a new paper in Science magazine that theorizes climate change was the principal reason for the fall of Rome.
I guess this is the antidote to falling temperatures around the globe and increasing public skepticism about the apocalypse scientists on the take from government keep predicting.
And since the government schools no longer teach history, I guess it falls upon me to remind everyone of what actually doomed Rome in the fifth century. It turns out many of the actual causes, as chronicled by the contemporary historian Salvian, should be familiar to us – and alarming.
High taxes: "Collectors became greedy functionaries in a bureaucracy so huge and corrupt." The tax man, he said, was seen by the Roman public as "more terrible than the enemy."
Trade deficit: "The Western Roman economy, already undermined by falling production of the great Roman estates and an unfavorable balance of trade that siphoned off gold to the East, had now run out of money." Who protects who?

''... if there is no right to be protected by the state then the right, and responsibility, must therefore fall on the individual citizen to be the first line of defense.''

It seems that more and more reports are appearing of people using 911 emergency numbers to resolve their “issues” rather than emergency assistance. On late night television the other night I came across a story of a woman calling 911 because the fast food restaurant had messed up her order. Another 911 call was to have a policeman bring them a bottle of booze because they were too drunk to drive. Obviously absurd uses of the 911 system but it brought to mind the question – Whose job is it to protect us?
I have heard many “anti-gun” proponents state that if we can just get guns out of our society then we would be safer. Really? We have had the “war on drugs” for a number of decades where even the mere position of the substance could mean jail time yet there are more drugs on the streets today than ever before. Yes, the law abiding citizen does not have access to those substances but who does? Correct, the criminal!
Why do they think that it would be any different with guns? Each and every day hundreds of thousands of law abiding citizens carry firearms when going about their daily business and no one is harmed. In fact hundreds of times a day a criminal is thwarted by law abiding citizens armed with firearms – but that is never reported. Yet if a criminal uses a gun to commit a crime then the anti-gun zealots want to take guns away from everyone even the law abiding citizen. Does that make sense? And nearly each time the mantra of “if we can save just one life” it would be worth it. http://www.newswithviews.com/LeMieux/michael142.htm

Touchy, feely Christianity

''You see, “passion” is a buzzword that is commonly used among contemporary Christians to give assorted “ministries,” however abstract and bizarre, a perceived legitimacy.''

This may come as a shock to most Christians, but if you do a search of the less contemporary translations of scripture, the word “feelings” is virtually nonexistent. Where it does appear, it is cited as more of a superficial, even negative attribute than a positive; and yet, as we watch and listen to many from today’s churches, be they leaders or laymen, not only do we see a clear fixation on feelings, both physical and emotional, we notice that those feelings have by and large become a replacement for faith.
In fact, if you substitute the word “feelings” wherever you see the word “faith” in those older Bible versions, it will become clear to you what motivates and guides the average “Christian” today – point being: most of us are not following the Living Word of God by faith, we’re simply following our feelings and calling it “faith.”
This doesn’t require a Bible.
When one considers the sobering words of the prophet Jeremiah, who said: “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked…” it should cause us to take a discerning look at what moves us. If our worship and service to Jesus Christ is measured by mood, then may I suggest our “Christianity” is more theatrical than theological? http://www.newswithviews.com/PaulProctor/proctor220.htm

No Obama (longform) birth certificate

"During the course of my employment, I came to understand that for political reasons, various officials in the government of Hawaii, including then-Governor Linda Lingle and various officials of the Hawaii Department of Health, including Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, were making representations that Senator Obama was born in Hawaii, even though no government official in Hawaii could find a long-form birth certificate for Senator Obama that had been issued by a Hawaii hospital at the time of his birth."

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities. The FoS president

''He would have us believe that he's going to launch a new era of cooperation between government and business – that this time when he says he's a "fierce advocate of the free market," he truly believes it. But all this means is that he's going to continue to stick government's nose where it doesn't belong and get it even more involved in picking winners and losers.'' For those who argue that Obama deserves a second chance at proving he's not at war with American business and the free market, I ask what he has done to indicate he's changed his philosophy that drives that war.
It's admirable to give people the benefit of the doubt in personal relationships, but we are talking about more than a personal relationship here and have a responsibility not to ignore the evidence. That evidence tells us that he is still an intractable left-wing ideologue committed to destructive progressive policy prescriptions.
Most liberals, such as New York Times columnist Paul Krugman, understand that Obama's gestures toward the center during his State of the Union speech will be just that, gestures. They know that by invoking the vernacular of the right – e.g., promoting competitiveness – Obama will merely be engaged in what Krugman calls "packaging."
But the left is not Obama's target audience. His goal is to convince moderates and some credulous conservatives that he is willing to move to the center so that he can acquire the political capital to do precisely the opposite.
Has Obama once acknowledged that his policies haven't worked, but have driven the nation further into the financial abyss? Has he ever apologized for any policy failure? Read more: Obama's impression of a capitalist president http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=255269#ixzz1C2QZ3coU

Pastor Wonka of United Chocolated Snakes

''The Candy Man makes everything he bakes satisfying and deliciousNow you talk about your childhood wishes, you can even eat the dishes...Oh, who can take tomorrow, dip it in a dreamSeparate the sorrow and collect up all the creamThe Candy Man, oh the Candy Man canThe Candy Man can 'cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good'' - The Candy Man

Remember that old pop standard The Candy Man, by Sammy Davis Jr.? “Who can take a sunrise, sprinkle it with dew Cover it with choc'late and a miracle or two - The Candy Man, oh the Candy Man can…”
I had completely forgotten about this song until Obama entered the political arena. Every time I hear him speak, or hear any of his sycophants speak about him, I can hear this old pop standard ringing in my head like a broken record.
Never in history has our nation been more divided, more on the brink of utter disaster, or more angry about it all. But tomorrow night, the
Candy Man will take center stage at what can only be described as a state of disunion speech.
Who can take a rainbow, wrap it in a sighSoak it in the sun and make a groovy lemon pieThe Candy Man, the Candy Man canThe Candy Man can 'cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good
That great and wonderful Oz behind Obama’s teleprompter has undoubtedly worked feverishly to find the right words for the puppet-in-chief to settle the frayed nerves of congress and voters alike, despite the reality that the state of our union has never been worse.
It will sound more like a Sammy Davis Jr. song and dance than a real report to the people about the disastrous state of their nation, under his watch. Unemployment remains at an all-time high since the Great Depression, despite trillions of so-called stimulus spending which has resulted in nothing but a record level of backbreaking national debt. http://www.newswithviews.com/JBWilliams/williams126.htm

# 5 is not alive

''We are told that we need to ‘flush out’ our digestive systems. But essential minerals are absorbed while food is in the intestines, so why do we want to flush everything out? It is far better to concentrate on not putting bad foods into your body.''

With great fanfare, it was reported last week that the current health advice about eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day is outdated, and that scientists now believe that eight portions is more beneficial.
While many people grumbled about how on earth they would manage those extra portions, I allowed myself a wry smile.
For more than two years I’ve known that the ‘five-a-day’ mantra we’re all so familiar with is nothing but a fairytale. Of course, they are tasty, colourful additions to any meal. But in terms of health and nutrition, fruit and veg have little to offer, and telling us to eat eight portions a day is compounding one of the worst health fallacies in recent history.
Surprised? Many people will be, and no doubt some dieticians and nutritionists will reject my arguments. But science backs me up.
The latest findings come from a European study into diet and health looking at 300,000 people in eight countries. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-1349960/5-day-fruit-vegetables-myth-claims-nutrition-expert.html#ixzz1C2HILBel

A liberal says good riddance to Olbermann

''But back in the real world, I cannot imagine I am the only viewer who is basically simpatico with Olbermann's worldview, but who had come to find him and his show utterly insufferable. The glibness, the pomposity, the narcissism -- all these foibles had, of late, reached gut-wrenching proportions.''
It was not always thus. It is easy to forget just what the media landscape looked like in the early years of Olbermann’s tenure at the helm of "Countdown." (He had, of course, had an earlier, unsuccessful stint at MSNBC, which culminated in one of the many enmity-filled partings that have dotted his career.)
The show began in 2003, when large swathes of the journalistic profession appeared to have been cowed -- not just by the Bush administration per se but by a jingoistic atmosphere that lingered too long after 9/11 and took many unwise forms. But, more importantly, there was a years-long procession of pundits whose only apparent purpose was to confirm the correctness and brilliance of the host’s every utterance. The spectacle was one in which purportedly respectable journalists seemed to fall over themselves to play courtier to King Smug.
By last year, criticism of this trend had become so widespread that Olbermann responded, via a promo spot for the show. The ad, which showed the host proclaiming that "I ask a lot of these questions to find out whether or not I'm wildly incorrect about something," was unintentionally hilarious. The only "establishment" being challenged by then was the one that is charged with taking action against false advertising. http://www.salon.com/news/keith_olbermann/index.html?story=/politics/war_room/2011/01/22/stanage_olbermann

Dead Country, Dead Dream

''To verify what I write about, visit Dr. Steven Camarata in Washington DC. He states that, “1.3 million legal immigrants arrive annually into the United States. In turn, they birth 900,000 babies annually.”

Additionally, 800,000 illegal alien migrants successfully breach our borders annually according to the U.S. Border Patrol. That includes 350,000 to 400,000 pregnant women that birth anchor babies. About 80 percent of them arrive from Mexico, but realize that Mexico doubled from 50 million to 104 million in the last century. They expect to add another 35 to 40 million by mid century. Thus, the line of Mexicans starving or suffering for a better life in the USA grows ever larger and more desperate.
Note: I am not counting the 350,000 anchor babies, or their mothers, which equals 700,000 new ‘Americans’ annually, or the 450,000 H-1B, H-2B and L-1 visas given to foreign workers as green card holders, which I leave out because no one cares a twit about their impact—certainly not the Congress or the average citizen.
They stand angry at 15 million unemployed and 42 million subsisting on food stamps, but they remain too disengaged to connect the dots as to what causes their predicament, i.e., unending immigration and outsourcing of jobs via our U.S. Congress! http://www.newswithviews.com/Wooldridge/frosty630.htm

Obama’s birth certificate mystery solved?

''All the records, transcripts, documents, and paperwork Obama continues to hide from the public is all hidden because it lists his name as “Barry Soetoro” on all of it.''
The reason Obama will not willingly ever release his birth certificate? Because he is legally listed as "Barry Soetoro" on it
Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about
Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.
Well, after he was elected,
Abercrombie strangely acknowledged no original birth certificate could be found for Obama in Hawaii, but that there were “handwritten notes” that he was born on the island of Oahu in 1961. Abercrombie did not claim he saw the actual birth certificate.
But, now he’s claiming it’s illegal to produce the birth certificate even if he did find it, because Obama refuses to let the public see this document.
None of this makes any sense until you read the Ground Report below, and get a new take on what’s going on in Hawaii regarding the single greatest current mystery of the 21st Century (“Why Won’t Obama Just Release His Birth Certificate?”…which is also a question the lamestream national media refuses to ask):
Dear HillBuzz,
Regarding the whole Obama birth certificate controversy, I believe Hawaii has a big problem.
Recently, when asked about the subject, newly-minted Speaker of the House John Boehner replied “The State of Hawaii says he was born there and that’s good enough for me.” His reply was brilliant.
It reminded everyone that it’s not the Speaker’s job to sort out the mess (it should have been addressed by the Dems, the election officials, and the media during the campaign), but it also, clearly, put the onus on the State of Hawaii. Around the same time Neil Abercrombie, the new governor of Hawaii, waded into the mess wanting to clear everything up for the president. Instead, he has only added to the confusion by admitting there doesn’t seem to be a birth certificate only a handwritten notation in the archives. (Which could quite possibly have been generated by Obama’s grandparents as a way to register the birth if Obama was born somewhere else.)
Personally, I believe the governor is an intelligent well-intentioned man who acted without thinking it through. Rush Limbaugh believes there may be some angle to what the governor did. If there is, then I believe it was a “cover your papakole” move on the part of the governor. He doesn’t want to be the one left holding the blame when, finally, the American public says “Enough! Just show the damn birth certificate already!”.
He can honestly claim the deception and obstruction happened before he took office and when he tried to find the truth he was told he didn’t have legal access to the birth records. So he’s off the hook, but the incumbent state officials may not get off so easily. Lastly, there is information on several blogs about a court case that may have been filed in New York State Court called Strunk v. Paterson. I’ve heard that a state judge recently ruled — based on evidence — that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. The court documents go into all of the birth certificate topics, including the Indonesian adoption.
The fact that Obama was adopted by Indonesian Lolo Soetoro in the 1970s, and his name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro at that time, is most likely the reason he is spending millions of dollars to hide his birth certificate. He never filed the papers to change his name back to “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.”, so any birth certificate produced by the state of Hawaii would list him as “Barry Soetoro”.
It’s easy to see why he never wants this to come to light. Aside from the legal ramifications of this, how would the American people feel about Obama lying to them about his NAME all this time? And if he lied about something as simple as that, what else has he lied about? It would open a whole host of new questions for most people about this man of deliberate mystery.
Just wondered if you knew anything about any of this. I find the court documents hard to read and I have no way of checking their authenticity. People need to stop claiming Obama was not born in Hawaii and start focusing on that adoption name change. That’s probably what Neil Abercrombie ultimately encountered that’s made him backtrack on all this.
Think about it: when the adoption went through, the law required Obama’s birth certificate to be changed to reflect his new name, which became, and remains, Barry Soetoro. So if Abercrombie went looking for anything in the Hall of Records with “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.” on it, he wouldn’t find anything besides those scribbled, handwritten notations in the archives (since those would not have been changed with the adoption, as who would have thought to do that?). The actual birth certificate says “Barry Soetoro” on it.
That’s why Abercrombie couldn’t locate it.
And why Obama won’t release it.
Mystery solved.
Tag in Kanapali, Maui
I honestly and truly believe this solves the entire mystery.
It is seriously this straightforward.
* Obama was indeed born in Hawaii in 1961
* Obama was indeed adopted by Lolo Soetoro in the 1970s
* Obama’s name was indeed changed to Barry Soetoro in the 1970s
* Obama’s birth certificate was altered per Hawaiian law to reflect his new name in the 1970s
* Obama never changed his name back to “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.” — most likely because he used “Barry Soetoro” on all of his student aid applications for college, and probably received foreign student grants and admissions assistance playing off his years living in Indonesia
* All the records, transcripts, documents, and paperwork Obama continues to hide from the public is all hidden because it lists his name as “Barry Soetoro” on all of it.
* Obama will not allow his birth certificate to be released because it lists the “wrong” name on it: Barry Soetoro
It is as simple as this, folks.

Keith Olbermann: Left Out

Truth from where?

Why we suffer, what we learn

''Sometimes when storms come into our lives, when hardships come, we may think it is because we are doing something wrong...''

God has his purposes in the storms of life. Maybe you are in a storm right now and have cried out for it to stop, but it hasn't. In fact, maybe it has gotten worse. You are wondering why God is allowing it. There are no easy answers to that question, but know this: where there are no trials in life, there will be no triumphs. It has been said the hammer shatters glass, but it forges steel. And often in the hardships of life, great things will come.
Many times when you go through difficulties in life, there are things you will learn and discover that you would not learn anywhere else. Psalm 23 is a well-loved passage of Scripture that opens with a pleasant scene: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters" (verses 1–2). It was written by a shepherd named David, who knew a little bit about sheep. But David continues, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me" (verse 4).
"Hold on," we say. "I signed up for green pastures and still waters – not for dark valleys. I don't do valleys." While there will be those times God will take us to green pastures and still waters, he will lead us into valleys as well. And it is through those valleys we learn important lessons, because fruit does not grow on mountaintops; it grows in valleys. And here is the secret of making it through the valleys of life, the storms of life: Know that you are not alone, and God will get you through whatever you are facing.
David said, "I will fear no evil; for You are with me" (Psalm 23:4). That is the hope. That is the promise: God is with you. And He is with you in your storms. Read more: Hope for the storms http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=254069#ixzz1BlYP2NKZ

Lotto trouble ahead

''...we've forgotten the positive things that come with hard times.... As Gary suggests, the nonmaterial things will – or should – take on a new significance when things are tough. Our families, our friends, our faith, our health and all other blessings we take for granted in good times will be more appreciated when our material lives are impacted.
Don't mistake me; I wouldn't wish an economic depression on my worst enemies. But like it or not, a depression may be coming (for many it has already arrived), and most of us have no experience in coping with that kind of adversity. When we're faced with the inevitable, we can either rise up with dignity or fall into the abyss.''

Many years ago when we lived in Oregon, our county was electrified by the news that a local person had won the lottery. Days, then weeks ticked by with the mysterious winner still unknown. Oregon residents were being called, half-jokingly, by long-distant relatives asking, "Is it you?" leaving many to distrust the motives for the call.
As it turns out, the winners – an older couple of modest means with 40 years of solid marriage behind them – were making careful plans before claiming their prize. They were setting up trust funds for their children and grandchildren, putting aside a portion for charitable giving, and planning investments. Oh, and they hired a company to install a security system in their small home. Only when their plans were in place did they step forward to claim their prize.
This couple was a rare example of lottery winners who dealt with their newfound wealth with intelligence and a cool head. Their careful planning was justified. The moment they were identified, they were besieged by a storm of "friends" and "relatives" crawling out of the woodwork, asking for loans, pleading hardship, wanting favors. The winners routinely referred all supplicants to their attorney. A year after the firestorm of attention had died down, they were able to continue their quiet lives immeasurably wealthier but still stable and intact.
I know this because the local media scheduled follow-up interviews each year to see how their lives had changed. This couple was able to report with pride that their children and grandchildren were not being ruined by money, but were handling this unexpected windfall with care and maturity, unlike so many sad tales of other winners.
In other words, this couple utilized the strength of their frugal, solid foundation and strong marriage to make sure they were not ruined by wealth.
Lottery winnings appear to exaggerate whatever foundation is already in place. If lottery winners are stable and mature, they emerge from their windfall better off. If lottery winners are unstable and immature, they emerge with shattered relationships and bitter regret. The news is full of sad stories of winners who squandered their money within a year or two and were left with a broken family and few friends. Getting the 'Effing' out of Media

''Fellow American, we need to identify the real culprits who are creating the environment of profanity, violence and depravity in the country … and do something about it, while we can. The PTC has research papers to share with you like "The Sexualization of Teen Girls on Broadcast TV," a report called "Habitat for Profanity: Broadcast TV's Sharp Increase in Foul Language" and "Online Video Providers: a Report Card for Parents." Please go to ParentsTV.org and see how you can do your part.
For our children's sake, and for the future of our society, we've got to get the "F" out of media.''

Late-night and "reality" shows may bleep out the most foul profanity, but the live audiences and even attentive kids know exactly what's being said. And there's usually a shocked but approving reaction, so it's not edited out, oh no.
Violence? Sex, in its most depraved forms? Corruption and bestiality? Demonic, Satanic ritualistic behavior? Depictions of sadistic gang violence, rapes, hangings, flesh splattering as bullets slam into human bodies? Car chases speeding into multiple wrecks and exploding in flames? Police and crazed criminals shooting it out with automatic weapons in public places, while frantic passersby dive for cover, screaming in panic? Hey, you can get your fill of all these things any night of the week, not just on cable but on broadcast TV, in prime time.
The same goes for more and more video games, where our kids find ways to virtually live all these things, over and over and over. Oh, many of these games are supposedly for "adults only" – but in 2008 the Federal Trade Commission found that fully "20 percent of underage teenage shoppers were able to buy M-rated video games." The Parents Television Council recently conducted a "secret shopper" tour of 109 local stores in 14 markets in 11 states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia. During each visit, a youth between the ages of 12 and 16 attempted to purchase an M-rated video game, and they were instructed not to lie or misrepresent themselves in any way. Out of the 109 stores visited, 21 sold the games to minors – a 19% failure rate by the video game retailers.
Now get this picture. All over the country, impressionable young kids are being assaulted continually on TV, even in what is euphemistically called "The Family Hour," with crass profanity, ugly behavior, crazed violence and depravity. Even in homes where parents try to enforce TV viewing rules, the kids can always find ways to see the forbidden programs at the houses of friends, or even on somebody's iPhone the next day.
Add to this the countless hours too many kids spend glued to a video game, in which they are the virtual participants in the very behavior – and worse – they've been seeing on sponsored TV. Is it any wonder that, in more and more incidents, underage kids are obtaining guns, bringing them to school and bragging to their friends that they could do the same things they saw on TV or already "did" in the video games? DOOMED? Not so fast...

''The talk is of collapse internally, economically, politically, and theologically within the year by experts across the board. When you prepare for disaster, you do not go half way, do you? Then get prepared. Take this survey now, mentally and then do it again so that your views can be tallied and sent to the targets of this effort.''

Pessimistic? Nah, just looking at the same old faces, some new but mostly the same old tired mantras, lies, deception, and final stages of the destruction of the republic. Every peaceful means possible has been tried to bring about a return to common sense, moral, fiscally responsible, legislative leadership to Washington, D.C. Generations under both parties and congressional membership lists that have become dynasties have failed us and piled one disaster upon another. So much pressure has been dumped upon the industrial base, small business, and working legal Americans from so many socialistic origins, that most citizens are numbed to the point of inaction when faced with the absolute reality of our current calamity. They do not have the courage or capacity to fight it anymore if they ever did at all, leaving the heavy lifting to those who just refuse to let it all go down the drain. I am one of those, and I do it for my children, grandchildren and yours as well. I need your help, right now!
No matter where you turn, the public is drowning in “virtual reality games” that train children—like military recruits---to kill and maim by the hundreds, justify all levels of crime, and generally leave all traces of citizen responsibility in the dust. Our current culture values sex, drugs, and rock and roll far more than God, the Bible and righteous living. Because of that community position, whether you accept Christian precepts or not, we have lost our way. We can no longer describe right and wrong, good and evil, necessary or unnecessary, selfish or selfless, unless we have a dictionary and two or three days to complete the assignment. These ideas no longer roll off the mind or the tongue of involved, informed, and intellectually coherent citizens of this nation, let alone many in the schools and universities of the United States of America. Churches, as I have said many times, are now institutions of “feel good” theology that equips the pew warmers for not one concept worthy of the word Holy. Failure to arm this nation for the war against evil forced on us by congress, government agencies, the executive branch, the courts, the hard core police state apparatus of Janet “Butch II” Napolitano and company, renders peaceful means of redefining our government impossible. http://www.newswithviews.com/Evensen/greg160.htm

''Let's face it, whether through slavery or abortion (not to mention discrimination for which Dr. King is remembered this month), African Americans have suffered greatly in our nation. Both the acts and attitudes are unthinkable, and I don't care who endorses them, be they former slave owners, or a President of the United States, who supports Planned Parenthood, the unthinkable is never a solution. Not the stealing of life through slavery. Not the mistreatment of life through discrimination. Not the taking of life through abortion.''

January is National Sanctity of Human Life Month and that means a dedicated focus on life ethics, facts and laws, such as Roe v. Wade.
As Ronald Reagan once said, "Simple morality dictates that unless and until someone can prove the unborn human is not alive, we must give it the benefit of the doubt and assume it is alive. And thus, it should be entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." He also said, "An unborn child's property rights are protected, but not his life!" Unfortunately, for minorities this is even more so the truth.
Many don't want to, or won't, believe that Planned Parenthood's founder, Margaret Sanger, was a racist, and that today the largest marketer of abortion, Planned Parenthood, targets minority neighborhoods, but the statistics are staggering clear.
As Rev. Clenard Childress, Founder of BlackGenocide.org, points out, "The most dangerous place for an African American to be is in the womb of their African American mother." Some will very likely take offense at that statement, but let's take a look at just a few of the hard facts... http://www.newswithviews.com/Hughes/sharon170.htm

Communist Currency

The 'World' is falling

...the World, the ambitiously-constructed archipelago of islands shaped like the countries of the globe, is sinking back into the sea, according to evidence cited before a property tribunal.
The islands were intended to be developed with tailor-made hotel complexes and luxury villas, and sold to millionaires. They are off the coast of Dubai and accessible by yacht or motor boat.
Now their sands are eroding and the navigational channels between them are silting up, the British lawyer for a company bringing a case against the state-run developer, Nakheel, has told judges.
"The islands are gradually falling back into the sea," Richard Wilmot-Smith QC, for Penguin Marine, said. The evidence showed "erosion and deterioration of The World islands", he added. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/dubai/8271643/The-World-is-sinking-Dubai-islands-falling-into-the-sea.html

A Different Hu

The Chinese View of U.S.

"O would some power the gift to give us to see ourselves as others see us," wrote the poet Robert Burns.
As Hu Jintao wings his way home, America's hectoring still ringing in his ears, he must be thinking that maybe we Americans should stop lecturing them and take a closer look at ourselves.
Revalue your currency, we demand of the Chinese, stop running these trade surpluses at our expense, start practicing free trade, and abandon these mercantilist and protectionist policies.
But why should they? Why should China abandon a trade policy that is working marvelously well for them, and adopt a trade policy that is failing dismally for us? Does that make sense?
Why should any nation emulate the U.S. trade policy of the Bush-Clinton-Bush era that has stripped us of a third of our manufacturing jobs and made us dependent on China and the world for the needs of our national life and the borrowed money to pay for them?
Why would China, seeking to make herself an independent and self-sufficient nation, adopt a policy that cost us our independence?
And what are the Chinese doing in their ascendancy to first power on earth that we did not do in ours?
Are our Milton Friedmanite free-traders unaware of how it was that, in the last third of the 19th century, we left the British in the dust? Are they unaware we had the highest tariffs on earth to price British products out of our market and goad rapacious Yankees into building new factories to produce the same goods we were then importing from Great Britain?
Lest we forget, the Americans who turned this country into the industrial marvel of mankind were known as "Robber Barons."
As they put America first in our rise, the Chinese are putting China first. Read more: How the Chinese must see us http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=253613#ixzz1Bf20u85E

Roe v Wade turns 38

The path toward prosperity: American Oil

''Ask yourself why – with global warming exposed as a monumental fraud upon humanity – the left wants no part of extracting America's oil and using it for the benefit of America's people. The left says they want lower unemployment. The left says they want to help ordinary, hard-working families. The left says they want to help the poor. So why isn't America extracting this oil''

Let's try a little thought experiment. Let's imagine that America has oil reserves greater than Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, let's imagine that to extract and transport that oil would employ tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of hard-working Americans. And let's imagine that many of these workers had specialized skills – not "higher education" – and commanded paychecks in excess of $100,000 per year.
Finally, let's imagine that the oil that is extracted and sold is limited to the American market – and sold at a 20 percent discount to the world price.
Do you see what I see? Do you see the biggest economic boom in America's history?
Do you see new products and services of all kinds springing up to serve these new workers and their industry? Do you see housing revived? Do you see a new generation of American manufacturers, developing the finest products in the world and providing excellent, living-wage jobs and benefits to modestly skilled workers?
Do you see intact families that are economically secure? Do you see the demise of welfare and economic dependency, that accompanies a booming jobs market? Read more: American oil: The path toward prosperity http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=253029#ixzz1BZkh3zaw

Gov. Christie and the Allah-Oop

''As general counsel to the American Muslim Union (AMU), Mohammed often represented clients subject to government allegations concerning terrorists. The AMU often is highly critical of U.S. counter-terrorism efforts.''
One online newsletter even included a claim that a "Zionist commando orchestrated the 9/11 terrorist attacks" and shows support for a "Rabbi" from the extremist Jewish organization Neturei Karta, which denies the right of Israel to exist and supports its dismantling. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie's nomination of Sohail Mohammed to be a state judge shows the governor's tin ear for radical Islam. Not only did he appoint a longtime mouthpiece for radical Islamists to be a judge, but Christie has also turned a blind eye to the activities of one of Mohammed's clients – radical imam Mohammed Qatanani, head of one of New Jersey's largest mosques. Loughner was nuts

''...After it came out that the Tucson shooter, Jared Loughner, was a liberal pothead who hated Christianity, laughed about aborted babies, never listened to talk radio, hated George Bush and cited "Mein Kampf" as one of his favorite books to annoy his Jewish mother, liberals suspended blaming "political rhetoric" for about two days. Then they went right back to blaming conservatives for the shooting.''

The same people who had blamed Sarah Palin for the massacre at the Tucson Safeway and then taunted her for her "silence" were enraged when she responded.
Last Tuesday, the night before Palin responded, MSNBC's Keith Olbermann mocked Palin's silence throughout his show:
"And why is the ever self-promoting Miss Palin so quiet?"
"And it's quiet, isn't it?"
"It's too quiet."
"The silence is deafening from the great Northwest."
It was deemed an admission of guilt that she hadn't spoken about the Tucson shooting or denied the accusations that she had inspired the shooter. Read more: Mud libel http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=253045#ixzz1BZbApQ1Q

Ignoring God and Tucson clergy was a mistake

''What a shame that the University of Arizona didn't have enough sensitivity to suffering families and a watching nation to invoke the name of the God who is "Father to the fatherless and protector of widows." In fact, any of the 150 chapters of Psalms picked at random would have offered more comfort than the mystical rambling delivered from the stage. My question: Why were the clergy of Tucson - the men of God - excluded?''

The University of Arizona service - seeking to show support for Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and 12 other wounded citizens, while remembering federal Judge John Roll, Dorothy Morris, Phyllis Schneck, Dorwin Stoddard, Gabe Zimmerman and 9-year-old Christina Taylor Green - was different from any other I've ever seen. To be fair, this was not President Obama's fault; indeed, I was proud of Mr. Obama as he spoke from a heart obviously grieving at the inexplicable violent shooting spree just days earlier. He had shown the same heart and spirit last year as the state of West Virginia grieved over the loss of their own who never returned from the mines.
I may not have voted for him, and may disagree with him on various policy issues, but last Wednesday night in Tucson, Mr. Obama was my president. I'm less proud, if not embarrassed, by what else took place in the McKale Center. I was disappointed by an audience that often sounded and acted as if it was at a political rally. One Tucson resident who spent eight hours waiting to get into the service commented, "Some of the crowd needed to act a little more mellow; it wasn't a basketball game." http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/jan/18/prayer-service-turns-to-rally/

Why is Michael Savage being 'blackballed'

''Dr. Savage is as conservative as they come. He often warns his listeners to beware of the “government-media complex.” Could it be that his opposition to status-quo government and his independent streak are a threat to those who are guardians of the “conservative” movement? Is that why Michael Savage is being blackballed?''

Here is the list of America’s top-rated talkers. All of them are “conservative” and are instrumental in shaping the thought process of millions of Americans.
Limbaugh is the king and could easily find a home on Fox News if he so desired. Hannity is second, partially because he has the advantage of a nightly television show to help build his radio audience. Glenn Beck is third, rising meteorically also because he has a TV home on Fox News. There repetition of the same problems and same solutions becomes tiresome….Republican good…Democrat bad…Liberal Bad….Conservative good.
The Savage Nation is fourth. Can anyone tell me the last time you saw Michael Savage on any television show? Radio hosts love to cross-pollinate. Hannity loves to share the opinions of Mark Levin. Laura Ingraham has a regular gig with Bill O’Reilly, often guest hosting for Bill. Mike Gallagher is a regular Fox News contributor, as are Neal Boortz, Dennis Prager, and Hugh Hewitt. Bill O’Reilly has a weekly feature with talker Dennis Miller, and lib favorites Ed Schultz, Stephanie Miller, and Alan Colmes, often appear to provide “fair and balanced” commentary.
Why is it that Dr. Savage seems to be so persona non grata in the controlled conservative media?
Could it be that most of those listed above are nothing but political hacks…propaganda arms of the Republican Party…and that there are those in authority who do not appreciate how Savage so willingly undresses both sides of the political charade? http://www.newswithviews.com/Daubenmire/dave222.htm

More Liberal, Kangaroo Court

''The Praetorian Guards of civility keep telling us that "words matter." Threats should be taken seriously, they insist. Except, of course, when those words and threats are uttered by those hell-bent on regulating their opponents' discourse out of existence.''

There isn't a shred of evidence that deranged Tucson massacre suspect Jared Loughner ever listened to talk radio or cared about illegal immigration. Indeed, after 300 exhaustive interviews, the feds "remain stumped" about his motives, according to Tuesday's Washington Post. But that hasn't stopped a coalition of power-grabbing politicians, progressive activists and open-borders lobbyists from plying their quack cure for the American body politic: government-sponsored speech suppression.
In the immediate aftermath of the shooting rampage, Democratic leaders mused openly about reintroducing the Orwellian "Fairness Doctrine" -- a legislative sledgehammer targeting conservative viewpoints on public airwaves. New York Democratic Rep. Louise Slaughter assailed the Federal Communications Commission for failing to police broadcast content and vowed to "look into" more aggressive language monitoring. Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Ed Markey blamed "incendiary rhetoric" for triggering "unstable individuals to take violent action." In his own manifesto calling for resurrection of the Fairness Doctrine, Democratic Rep. James Clyburn pressed public officials to "rethink parameters on free speech." http://townhall.com/columnists/MichelleMalkin/2011/01/19/the_hate_

Dinner at the White House

Using Tragedy for Politics, Fun and Profit

''When Fox News first reported the tragic shooting in the parking lot at the Safeway store in the unincorporated area of Tucson known as Casas Adobes, not once did they report that Loughner was an Obama groupie who had his bedroom plastered with Obama memorabilia; or that he had Obama bumper stickers on his car; or that he was a Marxist-Nazi far left radical lunatic who wanted to abolish all forms of government in favor of national chaos. Yet, the left media allowed guests to tie Loughner to the American conservative movement...''

The acrid odor of gun smoke had barely cleared the air over the Safeway Supermarket parking lot in Casas Adobes, in the Greater Tucson area of Pima County, Arizona on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 before Democratic politicians and leftwing talking heads were placing the blame for the tragedy at the doorstep of former Alaska governor and 2008 GOP veep running mate Sarah Palin—and on Tea Party organizers and supporters.
Interestingly, if you recall, in the aftermath of the Fort Hood shooting, the left called for calm and not jumping to conclusions when Army Major, psychologist and Ob-Gyn medical doctor, Nidal Malik Hasan shouted "Allah Akbar" (God is Great) as he opened fire on military personnel, killing 13 and wounding 28. Everything about Hasan said he had been radicalized. Nothing about the 22-year old mass murderer, Jared Loughner, suggests he was either a Sarah Palin groupie or a Tea Party camp follower. In fact, Loughner's history suggests, if anything, he's a white supremacist with Marxist leanings who was brainwashed by both the strident far right and the strident far left—at the place where political polar opposites meet on the backside of the ideological sphere, out of touch with reason, where the anarchists live. http://www.newswithviews.com/Ryter/jon334.htm
